Orders & minimums
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ typically starts from 100–300 pieces per style and colour, depending on the design and materials. For styles available in stock colours, we can often accept smaller trial orders. Tell us your target quantity and we will confirm a workable minimum.
Can I order a single sample first?
Yes. We produce pre-production samples in about 7–10 working days. A sample fee applies and is refundable against your bulk order. If you already have a reference bag, we can match it.
Can you produce my own design?
Absolutely. Send us sketches, a tech pack, photos or a physical sample and we will develop it as an OEM order. We can also suggest improvements for cost, strength and finish.
Materials & customization
What materials do you work with?
Natural and dyed straw, raffia, jute, cotton canvas, paper rope, sea grass and recycled blends. Linings can be cotton, polyester or recycled fabric. We will advise the best option for your price point and look.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Provide a Pantone reference or a physical swatch and we will dye-to-match the weave, handles and lining as closely as the natural fibre allows. Swatches are confirmed before production.
Can you add my logo?
We offer woven labels, printed logos, embroidery, embossed leather or PU patches and metal logo plates. Hangtags, dust bags and custom packaging are also available for a fully branded presentation.
Quality & compliance
How do you control quality?
Quality is checked at three stages: pre-production samples, in-line inspection during production, and a final 100% inspection before packing. You receive inspection photos and can appoint a third-party inspection if you wish.
Do your products meet EU and US requirements?
Our materials are selected to be REACH-compliant where applicable, and we can supply relevant test reports for your market. Our partner factories hold audit and quality certifications including BSCI/Sedex and ISO 9001.
Can you supply compliant packaging for Amazon?
Yes. We can print FNSKU labels, barcodes and polybags, and pack to your fulfilment centre requirements.
Payment & shipping
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are a 30% deposit to begin production with the 70% balance due before shipment. We accept T/T bank transfer and can discuss other arrangements for repeat customers.
Which shipping terms do you offer?
EXW, FOB (Qingdao, Ningbo or Shanghai), CIF and DDP door-to-door. We handle export documentation and can work with your forwarder or arrange everything for you.
How long does production take?
Once samples and materials are approved, production usually takes 25–40 days depending on quantity, complexity and season. We confirm exact timing with your order and keep you updated at each milestone.
